NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
Effective July 1, 2022 the Coppermine Run Management Team will no longer be accepting payments in the form of Paper Checks or Paper Money Orders.
For your convenience, Coppermine Run now offers the RENTCafé Resident Portal and/or mobile app for easy electronic payments. You now have the following options to pay your rent and other charges:
● Online ACH Payment (also referred to as an electronic debit or checking account withdrawal) - FREE
○ You can pay/process your rent monthly or set up automatic payments ● Resident CheckScan in the RENTCafé mobile app. - FREE
○ Simply scan your check directly into your account from the comfort of your home.
● Electronic Money Order (Walk In Payment System - WIPS) - Cost is $3.99 ○ These can be processed at multiple locations; these can be identified through the Resident Portal
● Credit Card - Fees apply per transaction
Save yourself time every month by taking advantage of the recurring payment feature. As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a $25 gift card when you set up recurring payments online. This offer is available for a limited time and requires three (3) successful consecutive, on-time recurring rent, utility, and other charge payments, beginning with July’s payment. Your account must be in good standing ($0 balance) to receive the gift card.
